The event was traditionally held under the official support of the Association of service companies in Kazakhstan. On the first day of the conference within the official opening the Chairman of the Association A.Kudaibergen made a welcoming speech. In addition, in the framework of the opening ceremony various kinds of awards were presented to the following members of the Association of service companies in Kazakhstan:
- "Institute of Karaganda Promstroiproekt" LLP in the nomination "Best specialists of the industry";
- Sichim SpA in the nomination "Leader of local content";
- “Company ECOS” LLP in the nomination "Producer of the Year";
- "Neftestroyservis" Company in nomination "Best company in the field of security";
- «Caspian Offshore Construction» Company in the nomination "Professional of the Year";
- "TenizService" LLP in the nomination "For significant contribution to the development of oilfield service";
- «FracJet» LLP in the nomination "Best Drilling Company";
On the second day of the conference the General Director of the Association of service companies of Kazakhstan D.Augambay acted as a moderator of Session 4: "Construction of infrastructure fields and service wells."
During the exhibition the Association worked within its stand and held meetings with exhibitors.
