The 25th Anniversary Kazakhstan International Oil and Gas Exhibition - KIOGE 2017 will traditionally take place during the first week of October in Almaty and it will become the venue where the key parties and experts of the most significant economics sectors in Kazakhstan are going to meet for the 25th time.

The program of the conference includes sessions regarding the most significant issues of oil and gas sector development. The plenary session will be devoted the review of the key indicators in the gas sector during the Republic’s independence period, review of large-scale oil and gas projects, and expansion of the oil and gas supply routes.

The session is open for participation by the representatives of the leading oil and gas companies and international consortia that have been in the market of Kazakhstan for over 20 years and that have been the regular participants of KIOGE for many years.

The plenary session will also include presentations of the heads of the RK Ministry of Energy, National Company KazMunayGas, and international and Kazakh development institutes.

The conference will continue with the sessions for discussion of the issues related to development of the upstream oil and gas sector and technological innovations in the field of exploration and production of hydrocarbons. The representatives of large oil-producing and service companies, including RD KazMunayGas, Schlumberger, NCOC, KPO, DNV GL, TDB KazMunayGas LLP, and many others, have been invited to participate in the discussion.

The second day of the conference will be devoted to the special session titled “National Treasure: Faces of the Oil and Gas Sector in Kazakhstan”. The format of the session assume an open meeting with remarkable industry professionals, discoverers of the mineral deposits, and specialists that participated in the key international negotiations that resulted in establishment of enterprises and consortia.

One of the special dates in the oil and gas sector this year is the 20th anniversary of KazTransOil company which initiated the development of the hydrocarbons transportation system in the independent Kazakhstan. The second day’s session of the conference will be devoted to the issues associated with development of the hydrocarbons transportation and storage system. Main transportation operators and independent experts have been invited to participate in the session.

KIOGE will also become the venue for B2B meetings, presentations, and negotiations between the companies, authorities, and consulting organizations.

KIOGE-2017 will be arranged by Kazakhstan Exhibitions and Conferences Organization Iteca and its international partner ITE Group Plc (Great Britain).
